Retriever Training

Would you like to have your retriever trained? "*Webfoot Retrievers*" can assist you. Bring your dog in for obedience and retriever training and he will get Professional training on a daily basis. We lease 2,000 acres for full time training, equipped with ponds, hills, and a variety of cover.
We also teach handling drills like the swim by which Hannah and Marty are demonstrating.	We have training sites equipped with both land and water for training. We also train with decoys, boats, duck calls, blank guns and real birds to simulate actual hunting situations. We cover marking, handling and a variety of drills.
We teach them to hunt in a field with other hunters around.
All retrievers are taught to get in and out of boats and to ignore decoys.

	Retriever's enrolled in training have greatly enhanced their skills and have enjoyed successes in retriever competitions. After meeting with you and your dog, I will then be able to evaluate and assess at what level he will begin.
Below you will see our puppy pond. It has a nice point to send the pups from and receive them on. And the banks are straight (vertical) preventing the pups from exiting the water in the wrong area and running the bank. Basically one way in and one way out. For the young pups we set them up to succeed.
